2. EligibilityUsers must be at least 16 years old or have parental consent to use the App.

3. Use of the AppYou agree to use the App lawfully, for its intended purpose, and not in any way that could damage or impair its functionality. Unauthorized access, reverse engineering, or misuse of data is prohibited.

4. Account ResponsibilityEach organization or admin using the App is fully responsible for managing its own environment, content, and user data. ArtiNEXT is not liable for mismanagement, unauthorized access, or internal misuse by admins or users.

5. Content OwnershipAll intellectual property rights related to the App, including design, branding, and code, belong to ArtiNEXT or its partners. You may not copy, distribute, or modify the content without written consent.

6. User-Generated ContentBy uploading or sharing content (such as photos, text, or media), you grant ArtiNEXT a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and promote that content for marketing and communication purposes, including within the App, on websites, and across social platforms.

7. Data Protection & GDPR ComplianceArtiNEXT complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR - Regulation (EU) 2016/679). Personal data is collected only for legitimate purposes. Users may request access, correction, or deletion at info@artinext.be. Data is not sold and only shared with essential processors under confidentiality.

8. Cookies and TrackingThe App may use cookies or similar tracking technologies for functionality, analytics, and performance optimization. By using the App, you consent to these technologies.

9. Communication and PromotionBy creating an account or using the App, you consent to receive service updates, platform news, and promotional messages. You can unsubscribe from marketing messages at any time.

10. Liability DisclaimerArtiNEXT, its affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages, data loss, downtime, or consequences arising from use or inability to use the App. Users and organizations are solely responsible for correct use, data integrity, and administrative access management within their community accounts.

11. TerminationWe may suspend or terminate access in case of violations or misuse.

12. Changes to TermsWe may update these Terms and the Privacy Policy periodically. Continued use implies acceptance.

13. Governing LawBelgian law applies; courts of Hasselt, Belgium have jurisdiction.

6. Door gebruikers geüploade inhoudDoor te uploaden geef je ArtiNEXT een niet-exclusieve, royaltyvrije, wereldwijde licentie voor gebruik en promotie binnen de App, websites en sociale media.

7. Gegevensbescherming & GDPRVerwerking enkel voor legitieme doelen; inzage/correctie/verwijdering via info@artinext.be. Geen verkoop van gegevens; enkel essentiële verwerkers onder strikte vertrouwelijkheid.

8. Cookies en trackingDe App kan cookies of vergelijkbare technologie gebruiken; door gebruik stem je in.

9. Communicatie en promotieBij account of gebruik kunnen updates/marketingberichten worden verzonden; uitschrijven kan steeds.

10. AansprakelijkheidArtiNEXT en partners zijn niet aansprakelijk voor schade of gegevensverlies. Organisaties beheren zelf hun omgeving en rechten.

11. BeëindigingToegang kan worden geschorst of beëindigd bij overtreding.

12. WijzigingenUpdates kunnen gebeuren; verder gebruik impliceert aanvaarding.

13. Toepasselijk rechtBelgisch recht; rechtbanken van Hasselt.
