Welcome to ArtiNEXT Community, the ArtiNEXT App, and all related digital services (collectively referred to as "the App," "we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. Eligibility
Users must be at least 16 years old or have parental consent to use the App.
3. Access and Waiting List
You will be placed on a waiting list until a spot becomes available. There are limited spots per period and per event.
4. Use of the App
You agree to use the App lawfully, for its intended purpose, and not in any way that could damage or impair its functionality. Unauthorized access, reverse engineering, or misuse of data is prohibited.
5. Account Responsibility
Each organization or admin using the App is fully responsible for managing its own environment, content, and user data. ArtiNEXT is not liable for mismanagement, unauthorized access, or internal misuse by admins or users.
6. Content Ownership
All intellectual property rights related to the App, including design, branding, and code, belong to ArtiNEXT or its partners. You may not copy, distribute, or modify the content without written consent.
7. User-Generated Content
By uploading or sharing content (such as photos, text, or media), you grant ArtiNEXT a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and promote that content for marketing and communication purposes, including within the App, on websites, and across social platforms.
8. Data Protection & GDPR Compliance
ArtiNEXT complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR - Regulation (EU) 2016/679). Personal data is collected only for legitimate purposes. Users may request access, correction, or deletion at info@artinext.be. Data is not sold and only shared with essential processors under confidentiality.
9. Cookies and Tracking
The App may use cookies or similar tracking technologies for functionality, analytics, and performance optimization. By using the App, you consent to these technologies.
10. Communication and Promotion
By creating an account or using the App, you consent to receive service updates, platform news, and promotional messages. You can unsubscribe from marketing messages at any time.
11. Liability Disclaimer
ArtiNEXT, its affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages, data loss, downtime, or consequences arising from use or inability to use the App. Users and organizations are solely responsible for correct use, data integrity, and administrative access management within their community accounts.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access in case of violations or misuse.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms and the Privacy Policy periodically. Continued use implies acceptance.
14. Governing Law
Belgian law applies; courts of Hasselt, Belgium have jurisdiction.

5. Verantwoordelijkheid
Elke organisatie/beheerder is zelf verantwoordelijk voor beheer, inhoud en gebruikersgegevens. ArtiNEXT is niet aansprakelijk voor intern misbruik.
6. Eigendom van inhoud
Alle rechten berusten bij ArtiNEXT of partners; kopiëren/aanpassen zonder toestemming is verboden.
7. Door gebruikers geüploade inhoud
Door te uploaden geef je ArtiNEXT een niet-exclusieve, royaltyvrije, wereldwijde licentie voor gebruik en promotie binnen de App, websites en sociale media.
8. Gegevensbescherming & GDPR
Verwerking enkel voor legitieme doelen; inzage/correctie/verwijdering via info@artinext.be. Geen verkoop van gegevens; enkel essentiële verwerkers onder strikte vertrouwelijkheid.
9. Cookies en tracking
De App kan cookies of vergelijkbare technologie gebruiken; door gebruik stem je in.
10. Communicatie en promotie
Bij account of gebruik kunnen updates/marketingberichten worden verzonden; uitschrijven kan steeds.
11. Aansprakelijkheid
ArtiNEXT en partners zijn niet aansprakelijk voor schade of gegevensverlies. Organisaties beheren zelf hun omgeving en rechten.
12. Beëindiging
Toegang kan worden geschorst of beëindigd bij overtreding.
13. Wijzigingen
Updates kunnen gebeuren; verder gebruik impliceert aanvaarding.
14. Toepasselijk recht
Belgisch recht; rechtbanken van Hasselt.
